Name: Shinobu Jacobs (real name is Scarlet Jacobs, but she's gone by Shinobu for at least over a decade now) Canon: No More Heroes Canon Point: Post NMH3 (can play post NMH2 by request) Info: Most recent game app + least awkwardly-written wiki Age: 30 (21 for NMH2) Gender: Female Species: Human Appearance: NMH3 design + NMH2 design + general vibe Voice: LINK (2:14:22 if the timestamp breaks!) Height: SHORT. She's probably barely above five feet, but her hair and high heels might make her seem taller. Even so, even with the hair and high heels, she somehow is very visibly the shortest person in any of her scenes in canon. Unless there's any dwarfs (or any other similar short people races), there's a decent chance she's going to be the shortest adult in the room. Build: Toned, on the skinnier side, but still has enough boobage to fill the whole boob window look, apparently. Hair: CRAZY AS FUCK. Apparently naturally white hair, if her white eyebrows in the third game are anything to go by (they didn't used to be in earlier games, so who even knows), uses an ungodly amount of hair product. It takes effort to look THIS GOOD. Eyes: Violet, because she's SPECIAL. Features: Her right hand was cut off to almost the elbow during the events of the first NMH, and her left arm was completely ripped off by an alien at the beginning of NMH3, but both arms have since been replaced with prosthetics (or just the right arm, in NMH2), even if it's fairly subtle in design. Fun fact: She's somehow lost her right arm specifically three times between all the games. First cut off by Travis in the first game, she ripped the prosthetic that replaced it herself in the second game to escape a hold, then both arms were ripped off in the third game. Hugging: Yes - depending on the person, she may barely tolerate it or push the person off if she's weirded out by them, but more than likely she'll deal with it. Kissing: Yes, but she will 100% punch or slap someone if they just spring it on her (and she's not into them ofc). Flirting: Yes! Depending on the situation, she'll either flirt back (maybe during a fight even) or she'll sassily turn you down. She can be SUPER rude ICly, so please don't think I'm being OOCly rude. Romance: Yes, it's actually not as difficult as one might think. Of course, any romantic prospects are going to have to deal with the fact that she's always going to be the most loyal to Travis (without actually being romantically interested in any way in him anymore) and be able to deal with the fact that she kills people (BAD people, mind you, but still) because that much isn't changing. But she spends a good portion of her DLC content in Travis Strikes Again bitching about how her ex-boyfriend never took her out on dates, so the romantic desire is there, at least! Sex: Sure, I'm down to play out some smut, but I'm also fine with fading to black too. Keep in mind, though, that either someone is going to have to be able to at least keep up with her in a fight, court her for at least a few dates, OR be hit with some kind of aphrodisiacs before she won't threaten to cut off a character's dick. Also, she's going to want to top, so any dude is either gonna have to deal with it or fight for the top. In fact, she'll like it more if they do fight for the top. But also, I have a HEAVY preference of building up some CR first, before getting into smut. Fighting: Yes! That's probably gonna be the fastest way to get her interested in your character on a platonic, romantic, OR sexy way, because the No More Heroes canon is just Like That. Injury: Sure, just maybe plot it out if that's something you're interested in. Death: Maybe? Let's discuss this first, though. Mind-reading: She has no mental defenses over it, so go for it! Just hit me up if you want to know anything specific. Manipulation: Shinobu has a strong and stubborn personality, so she's not just going to bend over to any manipulative types and will be rude af to anyone who tries. Of course, anyone who has a power specific to that might fold out a little differently, but hit me up if that's a possibility. Misc: |

Backtagging: Sure! I'm generally pretty good on that, but if a tag goes more than say two weeks or so without any communication, I'm probably going to consider it dropped. Threadjacking: Yes, go wild! Fourth-walling: I mean, it's been established in Travis Strikes Again that Shinobu is fully aware of the fourth wall, so go for it! But don't worry about it from her end - she'll only fourth wall in response to those who do it first. Format: I vastly prefer brackets, but I'll match to whatever. Prose tags might take a little longer for me to respond to, though. CRAU: I've played her in a couple different games, so I'm down to explore the CRAU! But on memes I'll just play her straight out of canon by default. Shipping Preferences: There's no homosexual explanation for Shinobu's canonically terrible taste in men, so men only for anything romantic or sexual! ALSO, because Shinobu is 30 in canon AND has a soft spot for helping children, she will promptly big sister-zone anyone under let's say... 25. I'm a little more flexible with the 21 year old canonpoint and down to ship her with any guy 18+. Again, though, her taste in men is TERRIBLE, so throw your biggest hot mess disaster men at her. She seems to have a fondness for idiots with a secret (or maybe not so secret) hearts of gold? Or just throw an idiot. Also, she will bitch relentlessly about video games, but she's been canonically interested in at least two gamers, so that means let's make her life miserable by adding more gamers to the mix. Or if a guy is able to kick her ass (or at least keep up with her in a fight), that'll get her pique her interest too. Look, she pretty much swooned the second Travis fucking cut her arm off and suplexed her back in the day, her taste is pretty wacky. Pretty much the only types she WON'T go for are serial killers (yes, even though she's an assassin herself) and generally types that just do bad shit with no good reason to. Off-Limits: Absolutely no non-con, but it's not like she'd let it happen anyway. Nothing sexual with minors. Other than that, can't really think of anything? Misc: She's so edgy, I'm sorry. Opt Out: Again, she won't 4th wall with anyone who doesn't do it first, so don't worry about opting out of that. BUT if you want me to avoid your characters for any reason, lemme know and I'll have zero problems with obliging! I'll turn comment screening on, so no worries about that either. |
