[A note will be outside of Shinobu's door, attached to a comic book. It is a depiction of Deadpool's 'origin story' so to speak. The summary is basically that it shows how Deadpool lost his mind, but as a result, also got to meet Death. The note is written in large, blocky letters. There is no signature.]

He'll find that it's in pristine condition; at the very least, it's in the same shape that he left it in front of her door. No note, though.
